What we accept
The following kinds of inquiries are welcome:
- Questions about how to use the service
- Bug reports (steps to reproduce are appreciated)
- Feature requests and suggestions
- Rights-related inquiries about avatar parts or video content
- Press, partnership, or advertising inquiries
- Disclosure requests for operator information under Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (name, address, phone)
Response time
We normally reply within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). Some inquiries may take longer. Critical messages (rights-infringement notices, statutory disclosure requests) are handled first.
Reception hours
Email is accepted 24/7. Replies are sent during weekday daytime in Japan Standard Time (excluding weekends, holidays, and year-end / new-year). If a reply is delayed due to illness or travel, we will post a notice on Twitter (@kyo219_) in advance.
Languages
We respond in Japanese and English. Other languages go through machine translation, so a concise English or Japanese message is most reliable.
