Terms of Service

Section 1 (Age Restriction)

The Service is available only to individuals age 13 or older. Individuals under age 13 may not use the Service. This complies with the U.S. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) amendment (effective April 22, 2026) and applicable laws in Japan.

Section 2 (Account)

Users may create an account via the following methods:

• Google authentication
• Twitter (X) authentication
• Guest mode (anonymous session, automatically removed after 7 days)

Users are responsible for managing their own accounts. Transferring or lending accounts to third parties is prohibited.

Section 3 (Avatar Draw System)

The Service includes an "Avatar Draw" feature for obtaining avatar parts.

• The Avatar Draw is provided free of charge and does not involve monetary transactions
• Avatar parts obtained via the Avatar Draw have no monetary value
• Sale, transfer, or monetization of avatar parts is prohibited
• Avatar Draw probability is fully disclosed on the /gacha-guide page

Under these conditions, the Avatar Draw does not constitute an advertising / prize representation issue or gambling under applicable law.

Section 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following acts on the Service:

• Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory behavior toward other users
• Posting sexually explicit, violent, or illegal chat or video content
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Acts that interfere with Service operation (DDoS / unauthorized access / use of automation tools, etc.)
• Collection or disclosure of personal information of other users
• Unauthorized commercial use
• Exploiting Service vulnerabilities

Section 5 (Video Content)

Users may share YouTube videos via Video Room. Please respect copyright and do not post inappropriate content. If violations are confirmed, operators may remove the video and suspend the user account.

Section 6 (Service Changes / Suspension)

Operators reserve the right to change or suspend the Service without prior notice. The Service may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Section 7 (Withdrawal / Account Deletion)

Users may withdraw freely at any time. Upon withdrawal, account info and linked game data (avatar, avatar inventory, etc.) will be deleted. Data recovery after deletion is not possible.

Section 8 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided as-is. Operators are not responsible for:

• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Disputes arising between users
• Failures of third-party services (Supabase / Fly.io / Cloudflare / YouTube / Google AdSense)
• Communication failures or data loss

Section 9 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after revision constitutes consent to the revised Terms.

Section 10 (Governing Law / Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for disputes regarding the Service.
